In some cases, such as unlocking your [Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)](https://support.coinhouse.com/hc/fr/articles/20339150147090-qu-est-ce-que-l-authentification-forte-du-client-sca-et-qu-est-ce-que-cela-implique?hsLang=en): when a verification transfer comes from a joint bank account, all holders of the bank account used must be verified in order to safely unlock the [Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)](https://support.coinhouse.com/hc/fr/articles/20339150147090-qu-est-ce-que-l-authentification-forte-du-client-sca-et-qu-est-ce-que-cela-implique?hsLang=en) of the account concerned. **Which documents are required?** The following documents are required: - the bank details (RIB) of the joint account in PDF format - the co-holder’s ID document - a new transfer from a bank account in your own name, if the account used is not a joint account **What if the bank account is not a joint account?** If the bank account is not a joint account, the transfer must be made from a bank account in your own name. You can also make the transfer to your [Euro Account](https://support.coinhouse.com/hc/fr/articles/12419059991826-qu-est-ce-que-le-compte-euro-et-comment-le-mettre-en-place?hsLang=en). **Do I need to make the transfer again?** Only if the transfer was made from an account that is not in the account holder’s name. In that case, you will be asked to make a new transfer from a bank account in your own name so that access to your account can be unlocked safely. **When will my account be unlocked?** Your account is unlocked as soon as our team has received and validated the requested documents.
