There are two types of Ethereum addresses: user addresses generated by our personal wallet, and smart contract addresses. These are not immediately differentiable, but smart contract addresses require higher transaction fees in order to be accepted by the Ethereum network.
As a result, your transaction may not have been completed. In this case, please send a request to our support service with a valid Ethereum receiving address (Ethereum address from a cold wallet, which truly belongs to you) so that we can send your Ethers again. In the future we recommend that you use this valid address instead of the smart contract address.
