Your transaction has been blocked by our bank, please check the following:
- You have not made more than 2 transactions over a rolling 24-hour period.
- You have not used more than 2 bank cards over a rolling month.
- You are not using a virtual card or prepaid card.
- Your card is equipped with the 3-D Secure system (SMS verification)
If all of those conditions are met and your transaction has been declined for no apparent reason, please send a request to our support service.
