- You are not using a VPN, nor any proxy server.
- Your IP address is situated in your bank card's country of issuance.
- The bank card you are using is in your name and has never been used by another Coinhouse account.
- You have not surpassed the maximum number of cards allowed during a 2 month period.
If all these conditions are met and that your transaction nonetheless has been refused, please submit a request to our support team.
