Multiple reasons mentioned below may lead to a blockage of this secure access. We are committed to helping you regain access to your account as quickly as possible by following our procedures.

So don’t panic! Here are several possible reasons for this blockage:

  • Your account has been blocked for security reasons following multiple unusual actions, such as entering several incorrect PIN codes.
  • You have lost your mobile phone or changed your device: You need access to your Coinhouse application again, which requires resetting strong authentication (SCA).
  • You have uninstalled the Coinhouse application, reset your phone, or performed a software update that modified your Coinhouse app's security settings. In this case, you need to reinstall the Coinhouse application and reset strong authentication (SCA).

👨‍⚕️ What should you do?

First, you must completely uninstall the application and download it again, then:

  1. It is mandatory to attach a selfie of yourself holding your identity document along with a front-and-back copy of it.
  2. You are also required to make a €1 bank transfer to Coinhouse's Société Générale account, which will be refunded once your identity is verified.
    ⚠️ You must make the transfer from a bank account in your name and preferably avoid using a joint account, as this significantly delays processing and requires additional documents.

Once your transfer is received by Coinhouse, which may take 1 to 3 days, processing is quick and usually takes less than 24 hours. You can then log in again and choose a new PIN code to access your account. You will be notified accordingly.
