🔄 Why refresh the application?
Your phone may store cached data or may not have properly registered the latest changes to your account. To resolve this, follow these simple steps.
1️⃣ Completely close the application (Kill APP)
📱 On iPhone (iOS)
- Open the recent apps menu (square or button at the bottom of the screen, or swipe up and hold in the center).
- Swipe the Coinhouse Secure Access app up or tap “Close all” to completely close it.
- Reopen the app and try to log in.
📱 On Android
- Open the recent apps menu (square or button at the bottom of the screen, or swipe up and hold in the center).
- Swipe the Coinhouse Secure Access app up or tap “Close all” to completely close it.
- Reopen the app and try to log in.
2️⃣ Clear the application cache (Android only)
🛠 On Android:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Apps > Coinhouse.
- Select Storage > Clear cache.
- Restart the app and try to log in.
ℹ️ On iPhone, app caches cannot be cleared individually. If closing the app is not enough, restart your phone.
