Below, we explain the different levels and the documents required to access them.
To know your level, go to "My profile" and click on the button "My levels".
Level 1 is the level you get when you log in to Coinhouse for the first time, after providing proof of your identity and a picture of yourself as requested during registration.
This level allows you to buy up to 1000€ by credit card (visa, blue card, mastercard) and up to 5000€ by bank transfer.
This status does not allow you to sell for Euros cryptoassets purchased on other platforms, but you can sell all cryptoassets acquired at Coinhouse. To sell crypto assets purchased elsewhere, you must upgrade to a higher account level.
To increase your limits and upgrade to a higher level, log into your Coinhouse account. Go to ''My Profile'' and click on the ''My Levels'' button. You will then be able to provide the requested documents
For your account to be upgraded to Level 2, you must provide proof of address that is less than 3 months old. This can be a phone bill, electricity bill, tax notice, bank statement.
Per day, the limits are €2,000 by credit card and €10,000 by bank transfer.
You can't buy more than €10,000 worth of cryptoassets per year (365 day period), without upgrading to Level 3.
You can sell any cryptoassets acquired at Coinhouse. You can additionally sell the equivalent of €10,000 per year (365 day period) of cryptoassets acquired on another platform.
You can increase your limits by going to ''My Profile'' and then click on the ''My Levels'' button. You will then be able to provide the documents requested for level 3.
If you want to buy or sell even larger amounts, you can obtain the status ''Level 3'' by providing evidence of the origin of funds (Euros or Cryptos) and completing a questionnaire. This level will give you access to customized buying and selling limits.
You can increase your limits as many times as you like by providing documentation. Our customer service department can assist you.
When you reach Level 3, customized limits are set for Buying AND Selling based on the documentation you send us. Documentation must show savings or income consistent with the limit requested.
