You have the possibility, from your Coinhouse account, to send or receive only 7 cryptocurrencies at the moment:

  • BTC
  • BCH
  • ETH
  • LTC
  • XRP
  • USDC

⚠️ Other cryptocurrencies can be only bought, sold or traded on the platform, but are not transferable to other platforms, nor receivable from other platforms, for security and compliance reasons.⚠️

How to send cryptoassets ?
    1. Connect to your account by going to the login page
    2. Click on "Your Portfolio"
    3. Click "Send"
    4. Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to send from the drop-down list
    5. Add Wallet
      • Select the wallet address type.
      • Enter the wallet address.
      • Give a name to this wallet (in order to ux you find there later).

      After having added, you will receive a confirmation code by email.

    6. Enter the amount and confirm the shipment !

How to receive cryptoassets? 
  1. Connect to your account by going to the login page
  2. Click on "Your Portfolio"
  3. Click "Receive"
  4. Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to receive from the drop-down list
  5. You can choose between: 
    • Scan QR code
    • Copy wallet address

What is the delivery time or receipt of cryptoassets? 
Generally transactions take a few minutes to a few hours to appear on your account. The delay depends entirely on the congestion of the blockchain network on which the transfer will take place.
What networks are supported for sending and receiving cryptoassets? 
Only networks following are accepted for deposits and sends of cryptocurrency, any deposit or withdrawal to the wrong blockchain may result in a total loss of the amount sent: 
  • BTC: Bitcoin
  • BCH: Bitcoin Cash
  • ETH: Ethereum ERC20
  • LTC: Litecoin
  • XRP: Ripple (⚠️ You absolutely must fill in the TAG otherwise your funds may be lost)
