You want to add a new cryptocurrency wallet address, a bank account, or change your phone number, and you haven’t received the email containing the validation code? Check these two things first:
1/ Make sure you have checked the right email address: the one you entered when you created your Coinhouse account. To check which email address is associated with your account, go to the ''My Profile'' section from the left menu of the platform's dashboard.
2/ Check if the verification email has not been sent in your spam.
If after checking these two things, you still haven’t received the verification email, contact our customer service.
