What does this change concretely?
  • Each time you try to log into your account you will be asked to enter the 6-digit code on your Google Authenticator app.
  • In case of compromise of your email address, the malicious person will not be able to connect to your account or manipulate your funds since the 6-digit code is completely independent of your email address.

If you lose your phone or Google Authenticator app, you can reset your 2FA by following the steps cited in this article.
