Transfer from a joint account

When you make a first transfer from a joint bank account, it is essential to ensure that the co-holder of the account is the Coinhouse account holder.

To do this, we need to verify the identity of all persons associated with the joint account.

  1. A RIB from the joint account: Please send us a bank account statement (RIB) of the joint account used for the transfer.
  2. An ID document: Also send a copy of the identity card (CNI) or passport of the spouse or any other person associated with the joint account.

You have the option to make a first transfer of at least 1 EUR to your Coinhouse Euro Account from a bank account that you are the sole holder of.

This will validate your Euro Account and enable purchasing operations with the funds already present in it.

Ensure that all the information provided during account creation is correct and matches exactly the documents you send us. Any discrepancy may lead to delays in validating your account.

Ensure that your ID document is readable, with a visible border and without glare. Blurry documents will not be accepted.
