How to send or receive (withdraw or deposit) crypto-assets?

1. Log in to your account via the login page 
2. Click on "Your Portfolio", then on the 3 dots to the right of the crypto of your choice.
3. Click on "Send".
   If you encounter an error message or are unable to withdraw the crypto, please contact us (see the "⚠️" notice above).
4. Choose the amount you wish to send.
5. Once added, you will receive a notification on your trusted device (mobile or tablet) to confirm the sending of your crypto asset.

If you have already saved a receiving address, simply select it from your crypto address book.

Adding a receiving address for the first time:

• For an address that belongs to you:

1. Log in to your account via the login page 
2. Click on "Your Portfolio"
3. Click on "Receive"
4. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to receive from the dropdown menu
5. Coinhouse will then provide you with a deposit address valid for this deposit only. ⚠️ Never reuse the same address on your own without following the procedure described here. Addresses may change and your funds could be lost. ⚠️

6. You can choose to:

   • Scan the QR code
   • Copy the wallet address

   

Withdrawal requests are processed automatically and promptly by Coinhouse.

In some cases, additional delays may apply, particularly in the event of a technical issue or if our team detects a risk on your transaction.

Once your withdrawal is initiated, the transaction must be validated on the blockchain, meaning it needs to be verified and permanently recorded by the network. This process takes more or less time depending on the cryptocurrency used and the level of network activity and congestion.

The timeframes indicated below are provided for informational purposes only, under normal operating conditions. They may vary for reasons beyond Coinhouse's control.
