How to transfer your cryptos from Binance to Coinhouse?

Prerequisite step – Create and verify your Coinhouse account

Before any transfer, you must have an active and verified Coinhouse account.

  1. Create your Coinhouse account Registration Guide
  2. Complete your identity verification (ID document + selfie) — this is a regulatory requirement to access your funds
  3. Wait for your account validation (usually a few minutes to a few hours)

Coinhouse is authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the European MiCA regulation. Learn more

Step 1 – Retrieve your deposit address on Coinhouse

Before initiating the withdrawal from Binance, you need the destination address on Coinhouse. Complete deposit / withdrawal guide

  1. Log in to your Coinhouse account
  2. Click on “Wallet”
  3. Click on “Receive”
  4. Choose the crypto you wish to receive from the drop-down list
  5. Coinhouse generates a unique deposit address for this transaction. You can choose between:
    • Scanning the QR code from your phone
    • Copying the wallet address
 WARNING – Deposit address

Never reuse an old deposit address. Addresses can change. Always follow the procedure described here to get a valid address. Funds sent to an old address could be permanently lost.

Step 2 – Perform the withdrawal from Binance
  1. Log in to the Binance app, then go to Assets → Spot → Send
  2. Select the cryptocurrency to withdraw, then click on Withdraw Cryptos
  3. Enter the destination address copied from Coinhouse and select the corresponding network. Then indicate the amount to withdraw.
  4. Click on Withdraw and carefully double-check all information before confirming
  5. Validate with your two-factor authentication, then wait for the transfer to complete
Coinhouse does not appear in the Binance list

Coinhouse is not listed among the platforms proposed by Binance. Select “Other”.

 IMPORTANT – Network error

The network selected on Binance must match the network supported by Coinhouse. An error may result in the permanent loss of funds.

Which cryptos can I transfer to Coinhouse?

Coinhouse allows you to deposit for free and easily withdraw the following main crypto-assets:

  • BTC — Bitcoin Network
  • BCH — Bitcoin Cash Network
  • ETH — ETH Network
  • LTC — Litecoin Network
  • XRP — Ripple Network⚠️ the TAG is mandatory, otherwise funds will be lost

A simple and secure experience

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send any crypto from Binance to Coinhouse?

No. Only 6 cryptos are currently transferable to Coinhouse : BTC, BCH, ETH (ETH network only), LTC, XRP (with mandatory TAG) and USDC (ETH network only).

Other cryptos must first be converted into USDC on Binance before transferring.

What is a TAG for XRP and why is it mandatory?

The TAG (or Destination Tag) is a numerical identifier that allows Coinhouse to know which account to credit with the received XRP. Without this TAG, your funds arrive without an identified recipient and can be permanently lost. Always fill it in when transferring XRP.

How long does a transfer take?

The time depends on the network used and the status of the blockchain. Generally, it takes between a few minutes and an hour. In some exceptional cases (high network congestion), the delay may be longer.

I selected the wrong network, what should I do?

Unfortunately, a network error results in most cases in the permanent loss of funds. No platform — neither Binance nor Coinhouse — can cancel a blockchain transaction that has already been broadcast. This is why it is essential to double-check the selected network before confirming.

Can I buy, sell, or exchange cryptos on Coinhouse even if they are not transferable?

Yes. All cryptos available on Coinhouse can be bought, sold, or exchanged directly on the platform. The transfer restriction only applies to sending and receiving from external platforms.

Is Coinhouse a regulated platform?

Yes. Coinhouse holds the European CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) authorization issued by the AMF under the MiCA regulation. Founded in 2014, it is one of the historical players in crypto-assets in France. Learn more

I cannot find Coinhouse in the Binance list during withdrawal, what should I do?

Coinhouse does not appear in the default list. Simply select “Other”. The list is sorted alphabetically, scroll down to the letter “O”.
