Why is card payment unavailable?
If you do not complete the Identity Document Scan step via our trusted provider during your registration, it is mandatory to make a first purchase via bank transfer to verify your identity.
Once you have made at least one purchase via bank transfer, you will unlock the credit card payment feature.
In this case, we invite you to make your first purchase via bank transfer, and we remain at your full disposal to assist you if needed.
How to make your first purchase via bank transfer?
Initiate the purchase via bank transfer on Mobile :
- Click on "Buy" from your dashboard.
- Choose the payment method "Bank transfer".
- Once the purchase operation is initiated, you will receive our bank details along with a "CNHS" code.
- Enter this reference in the description of the bank transfer you will make from your bank.
- Make the transfer: The transfer usually takes 1 to 3 business days to be transferred to our bank.
- Confirm the transaction: As soon as we receive your transfer, you will receive an email inviting you to validate the purchase operation in the "Transactions" tab.
Initiate the purchase via bank transfer on Web :
- Click on "Buy" from your dashboard.
- Choose the payment method "Bank transfer".
- Add your RIB and follow the procedure identical to the mobile app (above)
You will then have 72 hours to confirm the transaction within the day or choose a refund.
