Why refresh the app?

📱 On iPhone (iOS)
- Open the recent apps menu (swipe up from the bottom of the screen, or press the square button).
- Swipe the Coinhouse or Coinhouse Secure Access app upward to fully close it.
- Reopen the app and try to log in.
📱 On Android
- Open the recent apps menu (swipe up from the bottom of the screen, or press the square button).
- Swipe the Coinhouse or Coinhouse Secure Access app upward, or tap "Close all" to fully close it.
- Reopen the app and try to log in.
