Why refresh the app?
Your phone may be storing cached data or may not have properly updated the latest changes to your account. To resolve this, follow these simple steps.
Completely close the app (force stop)
📱 On iPhone (iOS)
- Open the recent apps menu (square or button at the bottom of the screen, or swipe up and hold at the center).
- Swipe the Coinhouse Secure Access app up or tap on “Close All” to completely close it.
- Reopen the app and try logging in again.
📱 On Android
- Open the recent apps menu (square or button at the bottom of the screen, or swipe up and hold at the center).
- Swipe the Coinhouse Secure Access app up or tap on “Close All” to completely close it.
- Reopen the app and try logging in again.
Clear app data (Android only)
🛠 On Android:
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Go to Apps > Coinhouse.
- Select Storage > Clear Data.
- Restart the app and try logging in again.
On iPhone, app cache cannot be cleared individually. If closing the app doesn't help, restart your phone.
