How to sign a Tomorro document received by email

Electronic signatures have become an essential tool in today's digital world, allowing documents to be signed quickly and securely. Tomorro, a contract management platform, provides an intuitive solution for signing documents electronically.

Here is a step-by-step guide to signing a Tomorro document received by email.

1. Receiving the email

When you receive an email from Tomorro inviting you to sign a document, open the email and
click on "open" to access the document.

Fill in the email address field. Then, you will receive a code at your provided email address to validate your access to the document.

2. Logging into Tomorro

You will be redirected to the Tomorro platform.

Fill in the "code" field with the series of numbers received at your email address.

3. Access the document and click on Review 

Once logged in, you will be directed to the document to sign.

You can review the document to ensure it is correct and complete before proceeding with the signature.

- Click on "Review"

- Fill in the information on the right sidebar (Title, Last name, First name, Date of birth, etc.)

4. Signing the document

Once you have filled in all the necessary fields, click on the button:
"Accept for signature" at the top right of the document, then click on "Close".

5. Confirming the signature

After closing the document, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Sign".

You can also receive a signed copy of the document by email for your records.

6. Signature complete

Once you have finished signing the document, you will receive a notification indicating that the signature process is complete.
